I’m surprised there isn’t more on distributed cognition. Cognition in Wild, Supersizing the Mind, Norman’s Things that Make Us Smarter and (not surprised it’s not included, but very useful) Tsversky’s Mind in Motion. I guess in my mind, distributed cognition is at the heart of HCI and maybe even design itself.
