Speed in first drafts is invaluable. But slowing down after is critical, and done too rarely in tech. We put out product after product with unintended consequences. “Move fast and break things” has lead to broken hearts. Understand the audience, and make sure you know what you are doing to them as well as for them.

Seek a middle way.
