This company is in violation of most American law, and if in California law, really in violation. I don’t know much about French law, but I’d be shocked if it weren’t the same. You can sue, or if you feel less angry, get a lawyer to write a menacing letter. Otherwise they will keep hurting women.

I have good news. Not all tech companies are dreadful. Lots are, but lots aren’t. Find one of the good ones that take care of ALL their talent. You can also work at a nonprofit coding. Software has eaten the world, after all! But try not to give up. To walk away from something you love because of a dudebro breaks my heart.
