This is a good point, however… however!… I’ve found two things

• I don’t know what tools you have until I see you in action. Some classes have more than others, having learned it in earlier classes
• My students don’t listen until they feel the pain that shows the need.
• You got some of the tools when we formed the groups, sadly TEAMS ARE HARD. Oy. Ammitrite?

That said, I’ll nudge up team tools, doing it twice a semester next round!
